I grew up a Third Culture Kid. Born in the Netherlands, attending International schools and being of Indian origin, I was exposed to many cultures from an early age. I developed a deep belief that there isn't just one way to view the world. That diversity of perspectives and opinions enriches your point of view.
I spent 15 years inside a founder-led business and have seen too many good ideas die under hierarchy and top-heavy decision making.
I also spent several years leading the UK edition of MakeSense, a volunteer network that uses design thinking to support social entrepreneurs. It was there that I discovered my enthusiasm for facilitation and the power it has to unlock collaborative decision making.
Most recently I trained in person with AJ&Smart at their highest level and am now an AJ&Smart Verified Facilitator.
