I work with teams to overcome roadblocks, explore new opportunities and make better strategic decisions.
By creating the right conditions, I draw out the points of view that rarely get heard. What emerges is something the team couldn't have reached on their own..
Something is slowing you down but you can't quite name it.
This session brings road blocks to the surface and helps you clear them.
As you build fast, it's easy to drift.
This session zooms out, reconnects the team to the mission and plots out a shared direction.
Your core business is thriving but you want to level up.
This session uses creativity and design thinking to explore new territory.
As we move through an increasingly AI-built world, the world still relies on human decision makers. Even though we can lean on tools for research and analysis, that gut feeling and intuition guiding the best innovations and leading great businesses is still a human trait.
Facilitation is the art of zooming out and seeing the bigger picture. Looking at it from all angles and perspectives, mapping out all possibilities before narrowing down on a decision.
The result is an aligned team rallying behind a common goal. All hidden tensions and doubts are openly discussed so that no stone is left unturned. This way when a direction is picked, everyone is on the same page.
This leads to teams that are more energetic, motivated and focused on their goal at hand.
"Slow down to speed up"
Growing up amongst many cultures I have always believed that diverse perspectives and opinions can bring the greatest depth and richness to a discussion, I lean on inviting diversity of thought as the most powerful tool of facilitation.
My approach is warm, exploratory, and grounded entirely in your team's reality. I bring structure to the conversation โ not conclusions.
I bring roughly 20 years of business experience โ including running a family business โ alongside formal facilitation training from AJ&Smart and IDEOU. I know what it feels like to be in the room when things feel stuck.
Burnout rarely comes from too much work. It comes from too little clarity.
Day-to-day warfare can lead to permanently reactive teams.
Ideas stay trapped until someone creates the right conditions.
Hyper-focus looks productive but often signals something deeper.
The best way to understand facilitation is to feel it. I run free online sessions and intimate in-person workshops in London โ open to anyone.
